Archive Clearance What does our Archive Clearance service offer?

Here at SO Recycle, we offer collection of your confidential waste. We have got a fleet of trucks on standby 24/7, ready to collect your documents and bring it to our facilities for the shredding and recycling process.

Whatever your archive clearance needs, we can arrange a suitable time with you for our driver to visit your site. On arrival we carry out a ‘stop and load’ service. This involves collecting your documents to fill the 120ltr bins for archive clearance, securing it while he’s there, and then bringing it back to our facility to be shredded that same day.

Our high security vicinity gives you complete peace of mind that all sensitive documents are destroyed safely during an archive clearance. We also provide you with a Waste Destruction Certificate via email to give you a fully GDPR ‘watertight’ solution. This document acts as your proof of certified destruction should an ICO audit take place at your location.

How much is an archive clearance?

Each full bin is charged at £20.00 (+ VAT), and there is a minimum charge of four wheelie bins at £80.00 (+ VAT).

We can provide as many bins as you need. There is no limit on the volume of confidential waste we can collect from you.
